As previously announced and in many sources, the different companies in our holding have different activities and are responsible for different activities, all of which are necessary to achieve our objective. However, to simplify the organization and diversify the risks of both our and our investors, we have set up a system in which one company produces and therefore has relations with the outside world only as a buyer of materials, a second company buys the products of the production company and resells them, so the latter has partners from the outside world only on the sales side, and a third company that holds the production facilities and leases them to the production company. This model was administratively very complex to set up, with many guidelines and transfer pricing documents to be created. We achieved this in December and only have a few customers left to convert to a sales company.
